Must Haves = Features that competitors have and that are needed to use the solution or that cause the user pain if they're not available Performance = Features that competitors have but that we can compete on by making them better, they are nice to haves but generally the more of those features we can build the happier the customer will be Delighter = Features that can be part of our USP and that make the user experience "delightful" Why? The MVP should include all "must haves", one to two performance features and one delighter to: - Let the user do what they want/need to do without discomfort - Show where our focus lies (Discovery, Search) - Show our USP (Delighter)
